Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched within 48 hours if placed before 11am on a business day. Delivery takes approximately 2–15 business days depending on location. Free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $100; orders under $100 incur a $10 flat fee, with possible surcharges for remote areas. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. eBikes are 95% pre-assembled and require 15–20 minutes of setup. PO Box delivery is not supported. Warehouse pickup is available by prior arrangement.
Return & Warranty Policy
Yozma eBikes include a 12-month warranty on electronic components and a 1-year bike warranty for the original purchaser. Wear-and-tear items are not covered. Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging; change-of-mind return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. Orders cancelled via Afterpay or Humm incur a 6% processing fee. For returns or enquiries, contact yozmaebike@outlook.com.
