Order Processing Time

Pre-order notice

Yozma IN10 and IN10 Pro products are currently available for pre-order. The next arrival is estimated for mid-July 2026, and dispatch for pre-orders will begin after stock arrives in Australia.

For stocked items, we aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders received before 11am on a business day are usually dispatched within 48 hours. During peak periods, public holidays or high-volume launches, processing may take longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia for all orders over $100 or $10 flat-rate shipping for orders under $100. Surcharges may apply to remote locations within Australia.

Whilst we deliver to most locations within Australia, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges accordingly or cancel orders for low freight service areas, remote or regional locations, or islands. This is at the sole discretion of Yozma Australia.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on your location and the freight carrier. Metro areas generally receive goods faster than regional or remote areas. Tracking details will be provided where available after dispatch.

Assembly and Delivery Notes

Our eBikes come 95% assembled, with both wheels attached inside the box. A quick 15-20 minute assembly is required. The bike boxes are approximately 190 x 26 x 90 cm and weigh about 48 kg. We recommend professional assembly to ensure your warranty is not affected.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you notice transit damage, contact us at info@yozmabike.com.au as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging and photos or video of the damage.
