Warranty
Yozma bikes purchased from Yozma Australia include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
Warranty period
The warranty period begins from the date the original customer receives the product. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for all claims.
What is covered
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Covered components may include the frame, battery, motor, controller, charger and original Yozma parts supplied with the bike, subject to inspection and approval.
Battery warranty
Yozma batteries are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery does not restart and remains based on the original purchase date.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Crash damage, misuse, neglect or improper storage
- Water damage, corrosion or damage caused by unauthorised modification
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, maintenance or charging
- Consumable parts unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed
- Labour costs, third-party repair costs or incidental costs unless approved in writing
How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your Yozma product has a warranty issue, contact info@yozmabike.com.au with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos or videos showing the fault. We may request additional information before confirming the next step.
Shipping damage
If shipping damage is discovered, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and the damaged product. This helps us assess the issue and work with the freight provider where required.
Assessment and replacement
Yozma Australia reserves the right to determine whether a product or component qualifies under this warranty. Where a valid claim is approved, the remedy may include repair, replacement part supply or another suitable solution depending on the issue.
